Our team reviews your details and responds with a written offer.
We price equipment based on its specifications, condition, and current market demand rather than a flat rate per category. For individual items like a single laptop or gaming console, this is usually a quick response. For larger corporate lots, we may schedule an onsite audit to confirm exact configurations before finalizing the offer.
Free Pickup & Packing
Once you accept, we arrange collection at a time that suits you.
Our team handles collection directly from your home or office. For bulk and corporate jobs, that includes rack dismounting, cable management, and protective packing for laptops and monitors. Pickup timing depends on your emirate, ranging from same-day in Dubai to scheduled windows in more distant areas.
Instant Payment & Data Wiping
We inspect on arrival, pay immediately, and handle data destruction.
After a quick inspection to confirm the equipment matches what was described, payment is made on the spot by cash or bank transfer. Any storage drives included in the sale are sanitized to NIST SP 800-88 R1 standards, and corporate clients receive documentation confirming the data destruction.

What to Prepare Before Pickup
A little preparation makes the handover faster and protects your personal or company data:
- Back up any files, photos, or documents you want to keep
- Sign out of accounts such as iCloud, Google, Microsoft, Steam, or PSN
- Remove SIM cards, memory cards, or personal accessories not included in the sale
- Gather chargers, cables, or original boxes if you'd like to include them
- For corporate lots, prepare an approximate asset list with quantities and models
Data Security During the Process
Every hard drive, SSD, or storage device that passes through our process is sanitized to NIST SP 800-88 R1 standards before any resale or recycling takes place. For drives that fail sanitization or have no resale value, we offer physical destruction instead.
Corporate and bulk clients receive documentation confirming what was collected and sanitized, supporting internal compliance records. Individual sellers should still sign out of personal accounts before handover, as outlined in the checklist above.
